Udaipur!

Back to Udaipur, introducing Bill & Corinne to one of my fave cities.  Staying, as usual, in the travellers guest house, the Lal Ghat.  Just got back from a wonderful meal and a late night hot spiced milk at my usual spot.  Taken a fair number of shots, but not as rapidly as other visits.  Still, I've got a number I'll post over the next while.  Internet connections are still not that great - as with Agonda - but at least they've put in a wireless router at the Lal Ghat.

A local lady hanging out of her window to get some sun.

One sunset of many from the Lal Ghat rooftop.

Repair work at a nearby ghat,

Agonda

Back again.  I've been in Agonda now for the last week, getting settled in, trying to get my feet on the ground again after the 180 degree change in time zones, hanging with the returning old guard, and enjoying the warmth (mid 20's to 30's).  The Secret Garden has a number of the old crowd back - Walter, Bill & Corinne, the band members of 'Double Standard' - and new folks like Bob Marley's cousin and Annie & Phil from Van Island.  It seems generally a little quieter in Agonda than last year - which I'm quite fine with.
Haven't been taking too many pics - been here lots, done that lots - but will post some on and off before I (and Bill & Corinne) leave here for up north.  The internet connection speed here is the worst I've seen it since it was first available in Agonda, so uploading is - at best - sloooooowwwwww.

...and out on the beach....
